As your graphic designer, any project starts with asking you specific questions. We do not provide a questionnaire form for you to fill in, otherwise reading some of the questions may simply waste your time.
We have a general form you can use HERE. Depending on your project description for graphic design request, we may ask you further information about your design request that would help us foresee how you want it to look like, what we can do about it, and for us to help finalize a quote. After we showed you the final design, we will do 3 more alterations free of charge. We charge any further alteration of the design after the free 3 alterations are consumed.
Therefore, as your designer, expect emails from us anytime of the day inquiring more details/information about creating your design.
