Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Cancellation and Refunds – depends on which type of service you paid for at PeachBurst e-studio:

Project:  Website Design and Development.

Payment must be cancelled 3 days before we start working for your project in order for you to get the full refund.  Payment cancelled within 15 days after we started working with it is nonrefundable.  Refundable payments are charged with 10% service fee.  PeachBurst e-studio will hold your project until full payment is received. 

The following are non-refundable:
Software installation, which includes the following:  CMS (e.g., WordPress installation, etc.); plug-in/module installation; custom codes for image slideshow and more are nonrefundable.

Graphic Design Services.  Payments received for graphic design services of any form are nonrefundable.

Web and Domain Hosting. If you want to discontinue our web and/or domain hosting services, the last payment received will not be refundable.  After your payment has covered the full month or year of your subscription, your subscription will be ceased as requested.


Chargebacks

If we received a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice, and we retain the copyright of all projects you asked us to work for. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored or finished projects delivered, and restoration of copyright assigned to you.
 
Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
